Facade
The contemporary architectural design of the facade features a combination of demit facade and ventilated facade covered with composite twix panels made of composite wood.
Composite twix panels are a top-quality material without any special maintenance obligation. 25mm thick, 197×3000mm with UV protection will not change color in the sun and guarantee an unchanged appearance of the facade for many years.
Windows and balcony doors
The windows and balcony doors are made of a wood-aluminium combination. The fittings are ‘’Roto’’ from the German NT system. The windows and doors are made of laminated fir timber 7cm thick and 8cm wide. Low-E glass is filled with argon. Chrome plated handles are from Hoppe (Germany). The interior color is white, and the exterior anthracite gray is adjusted to the appearance of the facade. For maximum comfort, there are electric aluminium window shutters.
Front Doors
The security front doors are armored, 230cm high, 7cm thick, feature 14 locking points and are trimmed with 6mm thick MDF. On both sides, the box and skirting are 10 cm wide and styled.
The spyhole and door handle feature modern Italian design.
Interior Doors
The doors are 230cm high and made of 42mm thick MDF with styled skirting on both sides. They feature three hinges, AGB locks and handles featuring modern Italian design.

Heating and Cooling
The heating and cooling of the facility is carried out through a modern central system. The project envisages air-to-water heat pumps connected to work in a cascade, with the possibility of operating at as low as -20 degrees Celsius. In this way, the need for alternative heat sources is avoided.
The internal installation consists of slim fan coil units in the rooms and heated towel racks and electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
The fan coil units are installed under the windows. Temperature regulation is performed in each room separately via a thermostat which is an integral part of the fan coil unit, while at the entrance to the apartment there is a central display for controlling the temperature of the living area. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms is controlled over the thermo head on the towel racks.
Apartment buyers who decide to buy an apartment at an early stage of contruction will have the opportunity to install underfloor heating throughout the apartment, connected to the heat pump, at an additional cost.
In order to ensure the longevity of the system and good service support for the future period, we have chosen for the system to be made of products from proven and reputable global manufacturers (Samsung, LG, etc.) as well as to provide technical support once the building is open 24/7.
Ceramics
Italian and Spanish first-class ceramics. Buyers who decide to buy an apartment at an early stage of construction will have the possibility to customize the pattern according to their taste.
Sanitary Ware
First-class products and collections created according to the highest global standards by leading manufacturers such as Hansgrohe, Duravit, Villeroy Boch and the like. The equipment of the bathroom and toilet includes the following:

Parquet
In cooperation with TARA CONCEPT parquet manufacturer, whose showroom is located near VP10, the apartments will have oak multilayer floors sized 500-1200mm. Buyers who buy an apartment at an early stage of construction will have the opportunity to pick a different multilayer hardwood parquet in the same price range if they wish.

Entrance to the building
The modern design of the building entrance, large format floor and wall ceramic tiles of first class quality combined with a wall of mailboxes featuring wooden covers and a mirror reflect the high quality of the building.
The wide entrance door and windshield made of a combination of wood and aluminum additionally emphasize the entrance to the building, while the ground floor hallway is designed so that the hydrant masks in the hallways and stairs are covered with wood.
The wall opposite the elevator is also covered with wood and features the floor number.
Electrical works
Central switch for turning off the lights when leaving the apartment, switches of elegant design, video surveillance, video interphone. Lighting on the facade, interior lighting in the hallways, sensor light and heaters in the gutters.
Lift
Lift by the renowned manufacturer Schindler, model 3300, cabin dimensions 1200x1400x2100 mm, access door 900×2100 mm, load capacity 675 kg.
Thanks to the innovative regenerator technology, the model 3300 not only achieves an extremely quiet and pleasant ride, it consumes 30% less energy during use, while its standstill consumption is reduced by 40% compared to standard lifts and its standby response is immediate, without delay.
